Our History

Cain Hibbard & Myers PC is one of the most diversified law firms in western Massachusetts. With a lineage extending back to the mid-1800's, the firm carries on the legacy of excellence left by three prominent figures in Berkshire County's history: Lincoln Cain, Stephen Hibbard and Frederick Myers. Today we are one of the largest and most highly-regarded law firms in the region. Based in Pittsfield and Great Barrington, the practice serves all of Berkshire County and neighboring areas of southern Vermont, eastern New York and northern Connecticut, as well as easterly counties of Massachusetts. Members of the firm assist clients throughout the United States.
