Pittsfield
Lisa practices in the area of civil litigation, including medical malpractice defense, health law, guardianships and conservatorships, real estate, business and employment litigation. She has trial experience in state and federal courts in Massachusetts. Lisa also serves as a judge in the moot court program at her law school alma mater. |

Recent Presentations/Publications Contributed "Restrictions and Covenants" to the real estate litigation section of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program. Presented a seminar on "Privileged Communications in the Mental Health/Social Work Field" to employees of a Cain Hibbard client. Has presented seminars on "Involuntary Commitments" and "Representative Authority: Guardianships, Health Care Proxies and Durable Powers of Attorney Professional History During law school, Lisa interned for U.S. District Judge Dominic Squatrito of the District of Connecticut. After receiving her law degree, Lisa worked as an associate at Kressler & Kressler in Worcester, Mass. In The Community Lisa served on the Board of Directors for the Gladys Allen Brigham Community Center for 6 years, is the past President of the LMMS PTO and remains an active volunteer in the Lenox schools' booster and activity clubs.
