We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

Litigation Associate:
Our litigation department serves clients in many substantive areas including employment disputes and counseling,  personal injury, environmental, insurance coverage and insurance practices, product liability, breach of contract, construction, unfair trade practices, copyright and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and fraud. Candidates must have excellent research, writing and oral communication skills and 3 or more years of litigation experience.  Trial experience is strongly preferred. Background in health law/medical malpractice and/or employment law also preferred.  

Corporate/Transactional Associate: Our Business and Banking practice serves a client base with large regional, national and international corporations headquartered in and around the Berkshires. We also represent local businesses, start-ups and health care providers. Candidates must possess excellent drafting skills and 3-5 years of experience in transactional work such as lending, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, corporate law or general business counseling.
